Pazian Announcement Letter
We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Stephen E. Pazian has accepted an offer from the Board of Directors to become the Chief Executive Officer of PRISMEDICAL effective today. We are particularly pleased because of the wealth of experience Steve has in guiding smaller companies to greatness. His background as a CEO and as the marketing thought leader in several well-known companies and industries gives us great confidence that he will make contributions that will enable PRISMEDICAL to move forward successfully on several fronts.
The future success that we all want to see for PRISMEDICAL will, most certainly, be the result of cooperative efforts that involve all of you, the executive leadership of the company and the stockholders, as represented by the Board of Directors. As members of the Board of Directors, it remains our singular intent to support Steve, Mike and the entire team in pursuit of the opportunities that lay before us.
We hope that you will all welcome Steve and cooperate with his need to gain more knowledge about PRISMEDICAL and all of its attributes. He intends to arrive in the area on April 4th and come into the office on April 5th.
On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank each and everyone of you for your steadfast commitment to this company during this protracted interim period. We feel that a lot of good has been accomplished during this period that we can build on in the near future. We are also very grateful to Reed Prior and Bob Crane who have helped us through this time.
