PRISMEDICAL CORPORATION today announced the issue of a lyophilized drug delivery patent that provides for lyophilizing a liquid form of therapeutic agent in the housing from which the same agent is delivered. The patent will extend the Company's intellectual property beyond crystalline and powder agents to include agents requiring lyophilization.
