Product Warranty
Thank you for purchasing a TRITON® M Water Purification System.
PRISMEDICAL’s TRITON M Water Purification Systems are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when stored and used according to product instructions for use. No warranty is made with respect to actual volume output of purified/filtered water or flow rate of the system, as these factors depend in large part on source water quality and may vary accordingly when and where the product is used. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser. Please retain original packaging UPC (bar code) as proof of purchase. Improper operation, maintenance or storage voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover failure or improper performance or functioning due to abrasion, deterioration, corrosion, erosion, fouling, freezing, impacts, excessive heat exposure, excessiv pressure on the filter membrane, material fatigue, alteration or other abuse.
In the event of product defect during the warranty period, simply return your TRITON M Water Purification System, with proof of purchase and a note describing the warranty claim, to: PRISMEDICAL CORPORATION, Attn: Product Returns, 118 Dodd Court, American Canyon, CA 94503.
PRISMEDICAL, at its sole discretion, will replace or repair the defective item(s). Repair and/or replacement due to improper storage, use, care and handling, negligence, product modification, or accidental damage are not covered under this warranty. Shipping cost for return is the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
